ABOUT NASQ

We build for the people carrying the plates.

نَسَقNASQ comes from the Arabic word for order and harmony: things arranged so they work together. That is what a good service feels like.
WHY WE STARTED

Every new starter should serve like a seasoned pro.

Great front of house is built over years. Knowing when a table has waited too long. Never forgetting to ask about allergies. Timing the mains just right. Big groups can afford to train for that. Independent restaurants and young food chains usually can’t: teams are new, shifts are busy, and there’s no time for weeks of shadowing.

So we put that experience into one simple app. NASQ guides every person through every table, step by step, so a first shift feels like a fiftieth and every guest gets the service your best server would give.

What we hold ourselves to

01

Allergy safety first

The allergy question is part of every table, not an afterthought. When in doubt, NASQ tells staff to check with the kitchen rather than guess.

02

Built for service

Big buttons, few taps, nothing in the way. If it slows a waiter down on a Saturday night, it doesn’t ship.

03

Works when the Wi-Fi doesn’t

Orders keep flowing and printing over your own network, and sync when the connection returns.

04

Your data stays yours

Each restaurant’s data is kept separate. Our team only sees your orders if you give us time-limited access to help.
